Counter Terror Expo and Forensics Europe Expo transferred to Evendia Ltd

Wednesday, 20 October, 2021

Clarion Events is pleased to announce that Counter Terror Expo (CTX) and Forensics Europe Expo (FEE) have been transferred to Evendia Ltd, which has taken ownership of the events effective immediately.

Evendia is a business led by David Townsend and Rob Lozowski, the current event management team for CTX and FEE respectively. The transaction is now complete, and Evendia will take over all responsibility for future editions of these long-running and internationally respected events.

Tracy Bebbington, Event Director at Clarion Defence & Security, said: “We are delighted to support this Management Buy-Out by David and Rob. It’s a great example of entrepreneurship in the events sector, something which remains close to our hearts at Clarion.

“It seems fitting that the last edition of these events under the Clarion Defence & Security umbrella took place alongside Clarion’s flagship event, DSEI, last month at the ExCeL Centre in London. David and Rob have the collective experience and focus to take these events from strength to strength, and we wish them great success with these events going forward.”

David Townsend, Evendia, said: “We are very excited about this opportunity and we’re looking forward to continuing and extending the relationships we have built up in these markets over the coming years. We have exciting and innovative plans for our 2022 events which we’ll be launching in the coming weeks.”

CTX brings together international specialists and experts from industry, government and policing to share ideas and technology within the counter-terrorism field; while FEE is Europe’s only event that covers every aspect of forensic science. The events launched in 2008 and 2013 respectively, have evolved into the leading conference/exhibitions for the counter-terror and forensics communities, globally.

All communications and enquiries should be directed to David Townsend at david@evendia.co going forward.
