Reliance Security was delighted to sponsor the award for £10,000 to the Bethany Christian Trust of Edinburgh, presented at the Centre for Social Justice Awards' ceremony on 16th July.
Reliance is proud to be associated with this award which recognises and celebrates grassroots organisations doing exceptional work in tackling addiction problems in our hardest-pressed communities. The judges were impressed with the work the Bethany Christian Trust does in the rehabilitation and care of vulnerable people with addiction problems, helping them get clean, secure accommodation and re-integrate into society.
Reliance experiences the problems associated with drug taking and homelessness every day, in particular in our work with prisoners, in custody suites and elsewhere, and is a long time supporter and partner of charities in this field with strong links to Crime Concern, Addaction, CrimeStoppers and Restorative Solutions. We are delighted to welcome the Bethany Christian Trust to this list.
